How are our shipping costs charged?

Free shipping means your order will be sent using Standard shipping,12-15 days on average for the rest of the world.

For Asia markets, freight rates are as follows:

Express Worldwide $26.99 USD
This shipping method is the fastest available. Delivery times are between 3-5 days to all major destinations. 
Premium Shipping $23.99 USD
Premium shipping takes a bit longer than expedited shipping but costs less. Delivery times are between 5-7 days to all major destinations.
Standard Shipping $13.99 USD
Standard shipping takes a bit longer than expedited shipping but costs less. Delivery times are between 9-12 days to all major destinations.

For international markets, freight rates are as follows:

This shipping method is the fastest available. Delivery times are between 5-7 days to all major destinations. 
Premium Shipping $39.99 USD
Premium shipping takes a bit longer than expedited shipping but costs less. Delivery times are between 7-12 days to all major destinations.

Standard shipping takes a bit longer than expedited shipping but costs less. Delivery times are between 12-15 days to all major destinations.

Where do you ship from?

Although most of all our items are imported from Europe, and some are from quality Chinese manufacturer brands, and individual handmade brands, our items are shipped from our warehouse in Fuzhou, China.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do! We offer expedited international services with FEDEX and SF-INTERNATIONAL.

How do I calculate my delivery date?

We share estimated delivery times that include processing time during your check out process.

The average time is usually 3-4 business days.

International shipping options will also be displayed during the check out process. Costs are calculated based on location & package weight.

Are local taxes and customs fees included on international orders?

We do not include tax for orders over $200, these are the responsibility of the customer.

Contact your local government offices if you want to know before hand what the estimated costs for these will be.

What happens if my order is not delivered and returned to your store?

We understand there might be hiccups in the delivery process. If the order is returned to our office because of an insufficient or incorrect address, you will be responsible for shipping costs the second time around.

What happens if my package is damaged?

Please contact us right away! Take pictures and or videos. Our team will do everything possible to fix the problem. Please be advised, though, that it is up to us to decide if we will exchange it or give you store credit. This will be handled in a case by case basis.

What happens if my order is shipped and marked as delivered but I can't find it? 

It is very rare for orders to get lost or stolen but it does happen! Even though insured shipping options are more expensive, we always strongly suggest to pay for one of these options for your order. Remember, our store isn't liable when this happens and you will have to open up a claim with the carrier.

What happens if I placed an order with a wrong address?

We will do everything in our power to fix the address if we can. If not, we are not liable for packages that are delivered to the wrong address.
