Placed order's are not cancellable. However if after getting your order for any reason you regret your purchaseand wish to return it, we will offer a full refund (minus shipping costs). The refund will be  on your bank or payment service. place you have to return the item/s to us within 15 days of you receiving your item's according tothe tracking.Upon receiving your return at our team, we will process it within 24 hours. You will receive your refund within 20 days, Please note that your bank or payment service may charge a small transaction fee.

The item/s vou are returning will receive refunded as long as it they meet’s the following conditions.

1. That we receive it in perfect condition.
2.All original labels and tags are attached.
3. It shows ZERO signs of wear
4. It has not been washed
5.Please note: The white Chinese return tag that reads "YOGII 退货凭证,拆下不退换" must remain intact. If it is cut or removed, the item cannot be returned.

You must send the products you are returning back to us within 5 days since your parcel arrived to vour deliveryaddress, no exceptions, In order to receive the address in which you need to send this back you need to infor'm usas soon as possible that you will be returning a package by emailing atcontact@camelliaheirloom.com with your ordernumber/reason for return.

Please note that camelliaheirloom is not liable for postage costs for either delivery or returns.
This means that FREE shipping is deducted from the amount of the transaction. Nor do we provide shipping labels forreturns.

When returning a package please ensure to complete your customsreturn form selecting "Return items", as Camelliaheirloom , won't accept responsibility for taking parcels charged bycustoms Duty or import VAT. This means your retur'n item/s will be sent back to you by default due to us notcollecting them nor paving import Duties, and consequently you won't receive a store credit.

We strongly recommend you return item/s via a traceable deliver'y service, as camelliaheirloom cannot and will notaccept responsibility for any lost or damaged items.

Refunds for items not collected
If you do not collect your package on time or provide the correct address for your local post to deliver it and theDackage is returned to us we Wlll, discount the exact shipping amount we paid for from your refund. Thisapplies even if you were entitled to “free shipping" If vou want us to redeliver it, you will be responsible for re.delivery fees should the package be returned to us as Undelivered because of address mistakes, because acustomer failed to collect it, or wasn't home.

Refunds for when your order was entitled to “free shipping"
If you order some things to qualify for free shipping and then return your items. We will deduct the shipping cost for shipping from the transaction amount.

Overusing the right ofreturns
If we deem that you are ordering items to take pictures or using them for a short period oftime and thenreturning them. We reser've the right to not allow youl to order more from our site, in line with that we will notgive you any refunded.

Returns on Preorders
Preorders cannot be cancelled/returned once placed.

Returns of Outlet items
We will not accept any refunds/exchanges of Outlet/Sale items. All sales will be final.

Returns on Christmas SeasonalItems
All Xmas items are final sale and cannot be returned. All sales are final.

Returns of ltems discounted 2o% ofhigher
Anvthing discounted 2o% ofhigher is considered final sale and cannot be returned.

Returns on Swimwear
For sanitary purposes we do not accept returns/exchanges on any Swimwear (discounted or not).
